You will need:

- 500 g minced meat (a mixture of beef and pork);

- 1 small onion;

- 4 large potatoes;

- 1 small vegetable marrow;

- 150 g of cheese;

- vegetable oil.

Chop the onion and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the prepared minced meat and fry it until tender, breaking up the lumps with a spatula. Salt the meat.

You will need:

- 800 g of lean pork;

- 10 potatoes;

- 700 g of mushrooms;

- 2 large carrots;

- 1 large onion;

- a bunch of parsley;

- 200 g of cheese;

- 400 ml of meat broth;

- 200 ml sour cream;

- salt;

- freshly ground black pepper;

- vegetable oil for frying.

Wash the pork and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in hot vegetable oil. Place it on a plate and keep warm until serving. In the same skillet, fry the sliced mushrooms.

Cut the onion into thin half rings, grate the carrots. Fry vegetables in oil until soft, salt them. Peel the potatoes and cut into strips. Put fried vegetables with mushrooms on the bottom of ceramic pots, place meat, potatoes and mushrooms on top. Pour salted broth over each serving, add sour cream and grated cheese.

Cover the pots with lids and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Cook the dish for about 40 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let the pots sit warm for another 15 minutes. Serve sprinkle each serving with freshly ground black pepper and finely chopped parsley. A salad of fresh or pickled vegetables goes well with this dish.
