- - dry red wine 100 ml;

- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - seasoning for fish;

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the fish fillets, dry with a paper towel, cut into small pieces. Pour orange juice and red wine into a bowl of fish. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into thin slices. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Peel and grate the carrots.
Step 3
Place the potatoes on the bottom of the glass dish, then the fish pieces. Sprinkle the fish with seasonings, put onions on top, then potatoes again. Next, a layer of carrots, which cover with the remaining potatoes. Salt each layer a little.
Step 4
Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise and egg. Season with salt and fish spices. Pour the wine marinade over the casserole. Top with whipped sour cream. Cover the dish with a lid, bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Then remove the lid and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve the casserole on the table in the form you cooked it.
