Salmon in orange sauce is a main course that takes just half an hour to cook. From the six available components, a hearty dish is obtained - all your loved ones will be fed to their fill, and you will also be satisfied with the resulting culinary mini-masterpiece!

- For four servings:
- - salmon steak - 4 pieces;
- - two oranges;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - gofio flour - 1 tsp;
- - olive oil;
- - saffron, fresh parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Stir the saffron flour in cold water (50 ml), get rid of the lumps! Squeeze the juice out of the oranges - you should get about 150 ml, if you want, you can add a little lemon juice.
Step 2
Salt the fish, fry in olive oil until tender, transfer to a heated plate.
Step 3
In the same skillet, quickly fry chopped garlic and chopped parsley, pour orange juice into the pan, evaporate it a little, add flour with saffron, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. You should get a smooth sauce.
Step 4
Pour the prepared salmon steaks with the resulting sauce, serve immediately!
