The fish according to this recipe turns out to be sweetish, airy, with a wonderful orange aroma. Dijon mustard and soy sauce add zest to the dish. Instead of salmon, you can also take salmon - it also goes well with these ingredients.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 500 g salmon;
- - 1 orange;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of Dijon mustard;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sesame seeds;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of orange jam;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of ground coriander.

Step 1
Take one large ripe orange and squeeze the juice out of it.

Mix orange juice with mustard, soy sauce, coriander. Add orange jam.

Cut the salmon fillet into portions, put them in a baking dish. Pour with orange marinade, leave for 30 minutes - during this time the fish will marinate properly.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Sprinkle the fish with sesame seeds, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes - it cooks very quickly.
