  • - feta cheese - 200 g;
  • - dill greens - 1 bunch;
  • - sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon;

Step 1

Baking is yeast, so the first step is to make a dough for it. To do this, mix fresh yeast and granulated sugar. Add milk heated to a warm state to this dry mixture. Mix everything well and do not touch for 10 minutes. Then add one glass of flour from wheat, sifted beforehand. Add it as you mix. As a result, you should have a mass with the same consistency as the pancake dough. Cover it with a towel or cling film and put it in a warm enough place for about half an hour.

Step 2

After the time has elapsed, add the following ingredients to the main mass: butter, always at room temperature, a raw chicken egg and salt. Mix everything properly. Then pour the remaining wheat flour there. Knead the dough for 15-20 minutes. It should be soft to the touch and elastic in texture. Put it in a deep bowl and heat for 60 minutes. This is necessary for the dough to rise.

Step 3

After placing the cheese on a plate, mash it with a fork, then add the chopped bunch of dill to it. Mix these ingredients together as you should.

After an hour has passed, divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each into a cake. Put a tablespoon of cheese mass in the center of the formed figures and fix their edges in such a way that you get a kind of boat.

Step 5

Place the formed boats in a greased baking dish. Lubricate the surface of the future pie with a beaten raw egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Send the dish to cook in the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes.
