Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into several pieces, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish that has been greased with olive oil. Sprinkle chopped garlic and thyme a few minutes before cooking.

Cut scallops, shrimps and squids into small pieces. If desired, the shrimp can be left whole. Combine seafood with minced garlic and thyme. Fry all ingredients in olive oil.
