To make an Italian seafood pizza, you need the following ingredients:

- fresh yeast - 10 g;

- water - 80 ml;

- wheat flour - 130 g;

- olive oil - 4 tablespoons;

- salt - to taste;

- sugar - 1 pinch;

- squids - 200 g;

- shrimp - 100 g;

- frozen mussels - 130 g;

- canned tomatoes - 400 g;

- garlic - 3 cloves;

- fresh tomatoes - 1 pc.;

- onions - 1 pc.;

- ground black pepper - to taste;

- hard cheese - 200 g;

- dill - 0.5 bunch;

- basil;

- oregano.

Prepare the dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Sift flour into a separate bowl. Make a depression in the center of the flour. Pour two tablespoons of olive oil into the well and add salt. Then pour the diluted yeast into a bowl of flour and knead to an elastic smooth dough. Cover the finished dough with a cotton towel and set in a warm place for forty minutes to rise.

Now start making your tomato pizza sauce. Pour olive oil into a preheated saucepan. Add chopped garlic and let it cook. Peel the tomatoes and grind them with a blender. Put the tomato paste in a saucepan, bring to a boil, add salt, a pinch of sugar, pepper, basil and oregano. Leave the sauce to simmer until the desired consistency is reached.

Real Italian tomato pizza sauce can contain both fresh and canned tomatoes. Especially tasty is the sauce made from tomatoes preserved in their own juice.

Prepare your pizza toppings. Defrost shrimp, mussels and squid. Slice the squid into thin rings. Place the seafood in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Drain immediately and pour boiling water over again, this time for five to eight minutes. Place the seafood on a paper towel to remove any liquid.

Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Cut the tomato into rings. Chop the washed and drained dill finely. You can leave a few sprigs of dill to decorate the pizza.

Roll out the prepared dough. Drizzle olive oil over the dough. Brush the entire surface of the pizza with chilled tomato sauce. Place onion half rings and chopped tomato on top of the dough. Salt and pepper the pizza, sprinkle with dill. Next, place the sliced squid on top of the pizza. Place the mussels and shrimp between the squid rings.

Place the pizza in a preheated oven and bake for fifteen minutes at 180 ° C. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle the dish with cheese previously grated through a coarse grater and put it back in the oven for five to seven minutes. When the cheese is melted and the dough is browned, the pizza is ready.

To shorten the baking time of your pizza, you can prepare seafood in advance. This can be done, for example, in an oven or microwave.

Serve pizza hot. Before serving, decorate the dish with fresh dill sprigs and cut into portions using a special knife.
