Dijon mustard is considered one of the most popular sauces in French cuisine. Today you can buy this dressing in the store. However, homemade mustard has a rich flavor and natural composition. Try to cook mustard according to this recipe and you will always have a fragrant seasoning on the table for any dish.

- - dark and light mustard seeds (45 g);
- –White dry wine (20 g);
- –Sea salt to taste;
- - white vinegar (5 ml);
- - olive oil (15 ml);
- - liquid honey (20 ml);
- –Specia tarragon (2 leaves);
- - a mixture of white and green peppers (4 g);
- - pure boiled water (10 ml).
Instructions
Step 1
First, you should prepare mustard seeds for future harvesting. Purchase only fresh seeds. Otherwise, the taste of the mustard can be severely spoiled. Take a deep cup, transfer the seeds, add water and leave for 2-3 hours to swell. Next, place the swollen seeds in a blender. Add white wine, olive oil, salt, pepper and honey there.
Step 2
Rinse the tarragon leaves well, tear with your hands and place with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
Leave the mustard mixture for 20-40 minutes for all the ingredients to mix and reveal their aromas.

Next, grind all the ingredients in a blender until they become mushy. Use a silicone cooking spatula to remove the entire contents of the blender and place in a cup. If the mustard is too thick, then you can add a few tablespoons of clean water.
Step 4
Prepare a sterilized jar and lid in advance. In such a container, mustard will be stored much longer. Transfer the workpiece to a jar, cork tightly with a lid and refrigerate.
