It is necessary

    • 3 eggs;
    • 300 g of cottage cheese;
    • 1, 5 Art. milk;
    • 1 tbsp. l. flour;
    • 20 g butter;
    • 2 tbsp Sahara;
    • 0, 5 tbsp. raisins;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

For the filling, soak the raisins in advance. Go over it, remove dried cuttings. Rinse under running water and fill with boiling water. Leave until the raisins are swollen.

Step 2

Beat the eggs until fluffy. It is best to use a blender or mixer for this. If you don't have these kitchen utensils, you can do it with a regular whisk or fork.

Step 3

Continuing to beat, add flour in a thin stream. Then gradually pour in the milk and beat the mixture thoroughly again. The more vigorously you beat, the fuller and fluffier the omelet will turn out. Season with salt to taste.

Step 4

Place the skillet on the stove and melt the butter in it. Bake thin omelets.

Step 5

Mash the cottage cheese and sugar. Drain the water from the soaked raisins and squeeze lightly. Add it to the curd. For the filling, you can also use other dried fruits: prunes or dried apricots. Cut them into small pieces and stir in the curd. If the mixture is too thick and dry, add a little milk.

Step 6

Place the curd filling on the omelets and roll them up. Top with melted chocolate or condensed milk, garnish with fruit.

Step 7

Another way to make a sweet omelet. Prepare the mixture and filling as described above. Pour the eggs and milk into a hot skillet. When the omelet begins to brown, place the curd filling on top of it and spread evenly.

Step 8

Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes. Then, using a slotted spoon, fold the omelet in half so that the filling is inside. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for a couple more minutes. Sweet omelet is ready.

Step 9

There is also a simpler and faster recipe for making a curd omelet. Combine all ingredients and beat with a blender or mixer. Add dried fruits and sugar as desired.

Step 10

Pour the resulting mixture on a baking sheet or into a greased baking dish and bake until tender in the oven. Slice the omelette into portions and serve hot.
