An unusually tasty and aromatic pie with ripe cherries will brighten any conversation over a cup of tea or coffee. You can serve curd pie to your household, both for breakfast and for an afternoon snack. Even those who do not like cottage cheese will be satisfied.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 210 g flour;
- 125 g sugar;
- 125 g butter;
- 1 egg;
- 25 g cocoa;
- 20 g baking powder;
- a pack of vanilla sugar.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 550 g of cottage cheese;
- 250 g cherry berries;
- 135 g icing sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 125 g butter;
- a pack of vanilla pudding.
Preparation:
- We will cook the cake in a mold with a diameter of 25 centimeters. Add cocoa and baking powder to wheat flour, stir everything with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the flour. Mix everything with an immersion blender or mixer, then add an egg, mix everything again and knead the dough.
- Wrap the kneaded dough with plexus and hide in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
- For the filling, melt the butter on the stove and cool a little.
- Wash the cherries well, remove the seeds. Kill the cottage cheese with an immersion blender so that there are no grains. Beat eggs.
- Stir in cottage cheese with powder, beaten eggs, butter and pudding. Stir well.
- Place two thirds of the dough in a baking dish, form the sides. Make holes at the bottom with a fork in several places.
- Gently pour the filling on top of the dough and lay out the cherries.
- Make small cakes from the remaining dough and place them on top of the berries. And you can make a "lattice". Instead of cakes, put strips of dough in the form of a wire rack.
- Put our pie in a preheated oven to 180 ° C and bake for 35 minutes.
- Do not rush to remove the finished cake from the mold, let it cool down. The cake can be served without additional decorations.
