Pilaf program
In this mode, crumbly rice and pilaf are good. Purchase parboiled rice, soak it for half an hour or an hour in water. Then put the cereals in the multicooker bowl and fill with water in a ratio of 1: 3, turn on this program. There is one subtlety in this mode - for the last ten minutes of cooking, there is an intensive bottom heating of the device, this is necessary for cooking pilaf. And if you just cook rice as an independent dish, just turn off the "Pilaf" mode and turn on the "Heating" and bring it to readiness. You should get crumbly groats, grain to grain. Season the rice with salt and add butter if desired.
Step 3
Naturally, this mode also produces a wonderful pilaf. Rinse the meat and cut into slices. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil at the bottom of the multicooker, put the meat in the bowl, and on top of the grated carrots and finely chopped onions. Rinse the rice and put on the meat with vegetables. Pour 5 cups of cold water into the bowl. Season with salt, seasonings and turn on the Pilaf mode.

Buckwheat mode

Milk porridge mode
The name of this program speaks for itself. In this mode, tasty porridge works out. Rinse the rice until clear water, put in a multicooker bowl, pour milk 1: 2, add sugar, salt and butter to taste. Then turn on this mode. If you like a thin porridge, increase the amount of milk.
