You will need:

- two pears;

- two apples;

- banana;

- 4 plums;

- tangerine;

- a tomato;

- half a glass of walnuts;

- 2 glasses of sour cream;

- salt and sugar.

Peel and finely chop the onion, put in a colander and pour over with boiling water. Leave the onion to cool and start preparing the main ingredients. Peel and dice pears, apples, plums and tomatoes. The size of the cubes can be of any size. Then, peel the tangerine and cut it into wedges. Chop the nuts and leave in a bowl for now.

Peel the orange and divide into wedges. Wash the salad thoroughly from sand and cut into thin strips. Mix all the ingredients and cover them with cream or yogurt. Add sugar if desired.

You will need:

- 2 fresh apples;

- 2 fresh pears;

- two large canned peaches;

- lemon juice;

- 5 fresh plums;

- 200 g of large black grapes;

- a bunch of mint;

- 3 tablespoons of sugar;

- 150 g of natural yoghurt.

Wash fresh fruit, cut the pears and apples into 4 parts, removing the core. Cut the plums in half and remove the seeds. Separate the grapes from the brush by cutting each berry in half. Next, cut the apples, plums and pears into cubes.

Apples and pears can be sprinkled with lemon juice so that they do not darken.

Put the peaches on a paper towel and let them dry. Then cut them into cubes as well. Add plums, peaches, grapes to a bowl with apples and pears. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of sugar, stir well, cover and refrigerate.

Prepare the sauce during this time. To do this, rinse and dry the mint, disassembling it into separate leaves. Dissolve the remaining sugar in half a glass of water. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Add the mint leaves and cook over low heat until the liquid is halved. Then rub the sauce through a fine sieve and let cool. Combine the resulting mint syrup with yogurt and season the salad. Serve the dish chilled.
