Step 1

Wash the lemon well, scald it with hot water. Cut the lemon into circles, remove the seeds. Cut each lemon circle in half. Line the lemon slices with a border around the stuffed fish. Cut a cylinder 2-3 cm high from the boiled carrots. Carefully cut it in a spiral with a sharp knife. Form a rose from the resulting spiral and place it on a dish.
