In the old days, making pancakes was a real ritual, strangers were not allowed to this ritual, they were not even allowed to watch the hostess knead dough and bake pancakes. This is a special art. You need to know how much dough to pour into the pan, when to turn it over, so that the pancake is ruddy, but not burnt.

There are two conditions, the observance of which will allow even the first pancake to be baked not "lumpy". First, the pan must be very well heated, and second, it must be perfectly clean.

Ready pancakes are stacked and placed in a warm place. There is even a special dish for pancakes - a pancake maker, unfortunately, forgotten in our time. It is a ceramic dish with a high semicircular lid.

Filling is often wrapped in pancakes; it can be completely different, both sweet and meat. Cheese is one of the most commonly used fillings.

In our recipe, cheese is part of the pancake dough. This completely changes the taste of pancakes we are used to, diversifies the menu, and greens will make our pancakes also very beautiful!

Ingredients:

  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • cow's milk - 1.5 tbsp
  • cheese (hard) - 150 g
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • butter - 50 g
  • garlic - 1 clove

Preparation

First, let's prepare all the products. Take the milk out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is at room temperature, or heat it up a little. Sift flour through a sieve, three cheese on a fine grater. Wash the parsley, dry it with a towel and chop finely. We clean the garlic.

Now the actual preparation. Beat eggs with a mixer with salt and sugar until froth, pour in warm milk and mix well. Then add sifted flour and baking powder and beat again. Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press, add grated cheese and add vegetable oil. Beat well again with a mixer at slow speeds.

Bake pancakes in a preheated and greased frying pan once.

Serve cheese pancakes with sour cream or simply grease with butter.
