Orange Easter with carrots is an unusual version of Easter cottage cheese. On a festive Easter table, this original dish will look very beautiful. Give it a try and make sure the Easter carrot is delicious too!

Rinse the carrots, peel and grate on a fine grater. Sprinkle the grated carrots with sugar and leave for a while, the juice should stand out. Transfer the resulting carrot mass to a frying pan and simmer until soft over low heat, stirring occasionally. To prevent the carrots from burning, you can add a little water to the pan.
Step 2
Squeeze the cottage cheese slightly and rub through a fine sieve. It is recommended to rub through a sieve and stew carrots. Combine curd with carrots, add softened butter, orange zest and vanillin on the tip of a knife.
Step 3
Mix the resulting mass and beat with a mixer. Then put the orange mass in a dish lined with a thin cloth, put a light press on top and refrigerate for 8 hours. When serving, decorate the carrot Easter with candied fruits.
