For lovers of chocolate and unusual dishes, you can prepare a chocolate Easter for the holiday. This wonderful dessert is a very successful combination and will be quite appropriate on weekdays.
It is necessary
- For Easter:
- - 1 kg of cottage cheese;
- - 8 egg yolks;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 250 ml cream (36%);
- - 250 g icing sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of orange liqueur;
- 3/4 cup candied orange peel
- - 150 g of dark chocolate;
- For chocolate decorations:
- - bitter chocolate dissolved in a water bath
- - baking paper;
- - pastry bag (syringe);
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Add cream gradually, stirring constantly. Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil.
The mixture should thicken slightly. Without waiting for boiling, remove from heat and pour into a container.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese, rubbed through a sieve, chocolate melted in a water bath, softened butter and the rest of the ingredients to the mixture, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Finally add the candied orange peel and stir again.
When Easter has a uniform chocolate color, transfer it to a mold lined with gauze and put under a press.
Keep in a cool place for about a day.
Step 3
Prepare chocolate decorations.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Place any models (zigzags, clubs, snails, butterflies, hearts) on a sheet covered with parchment using a pastry bag (syringe).
Then place the sheet with images in the refrigerator for solidification.
Step 4
Turn the finished Easter on a plate, remove the gauze.
Decorate with chocolate figurines, candied fruits.
