    • 1 tbsp. brine;

    • 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

Step 1

Stir in brine, vegetable oil and sugar. Add baking soda, cinnamon, nuts, and raisins. Pickle pickle or tomato pickle will do. Only it should be fresh, not have foreign unpleasant odors. Otherwise, the taste of the cookies will deteriorate. Nuts can be chosen according to your taste - walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds, cashews.

You can also make two types of cookies - separately with nuts and separately with raisins. If desired, use any other ingredients as a filling - dried apricots, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.
