A simple and incredibly tasty dessert, which will undoubtedly please both children and adults, and is called unusually - a gem. It will cheer you up with its colorfulness even on gray weekdays.
It is necessary
- - 2 sachets of gelatin
- - 1 b. condensed milk
- - 6 different jelly colors (but can be made in one color or two)
Instructions
Step 1
Open the jelly bags and make each jelly in a separate bowl according to the instructions. We leave our jellies in the refrigerator for several hours so that they have time to freeze.
Step 2
After you have made sure that the jelly has solidified well, proceed to slicing. You can cut them into medium-sized cubes (you can think of the shape and size yourself). The knife must first be held under running hot water, otherwise you can simply spoil the shape of the cubes. We put them in one bowl and mix so that the cubes of different colors are evenly distributed over the dessert.
Step 3
For the binder mix, dissolve two gelatin sachets and half a glass of water in a separate bowl. Leave for 2 minutes to swell.
Step 4
Next, add another 1-1 / 2 cup of boiled water to the gelatin and mix well. Add a can of condensed milk, mix again, cool the resulting mixture.
Step 5
Put the cubes in the form or bowl in which you want your dessert to be. Pour the cooled mixture over the cubes and put in the refrigerator to infuse overnight.
Step 6
To serve, cut the dessert into squares with a knife dipped in hot running water. Top can be garnished with whipped cream or berries.
