Gingerbread has always been a decoration of the holiday, especially Christmas. They were put on the table, presented to relatives and friends, they were used to decorate the Christmas tree. Step 1
Take sugar, eggs, honey, soda and mix, preferably with a mixer. Add soft margarine or butter and stir well again.

Place the resulting mixture in a water bath for about 10 minutes. Remember to stir constantly.

Remove mixture from heat and add 1 cup sifted flour. Gently mix the air mass and set to cool.
Step 4
Pour the remaining flour into the warm dough. Stir with a fork, then knead the dough well with your hands.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, mark the gingerbread cookies with a mold and lay out the filling.
Step 6
Roll out the second layer of dough and cover the first one with the filling. Cut the gingerbread cookies with a mold.
Step 7
Place the gingerbread cookies on a greased sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 ° C.
Step 8
While the gingerbread is baking, you can cook the icing. Pour sugar into a saucepan, pour milk and put on low heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 9
Remove the gingerbread cookies from the oven and brush immediately with icing. The gingerbread cookies need to cool well, and the glaze needs to dry.
