It is necessary

  • - cream - 900 ml;
  • - black bitter chocolate - 350 g;
  • - white chocolate - 150 g;
  • - eggs - 1 pc;
  • - sugar - 4 tablespoons;
  • - cocoa - 2 tablespoons;
  • - kefir - 2 tablespoons;
  • - flour - 4 tablespoons.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to make a biscuit cake for the future dessert. Combine the following ingredients in one cup: egg, sugar, flour, kefir and cocoa. Mix everything thoroughly. The result should be a thick dough. Put it in a mold and bake it. When the cake is ready, it should be cooled.

Step 2

In a saucepan, combine dark chocolate, broken into small wedges, and 250 milliliters of cream. Put this mixture on fire and heat until it turns into a homogeneous mass. Put the prepared mixture in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Do the same with white chocolate, that is, mix with 250 milliliters of cream, melt, then cool.

Step 3

Re-mix the cooled dark chocolate with 250 milliliters of cream. Beat the resulting mixture.

Step 4

Take a semicircular cup and place plastic wrap on top of it. Place the mixture of dark chocolate and cream in a bowl so that the center remains free. When this mass hardens slightly, start spreading white chocolate into the left recess. Place the chocolate crust on top. Put the dessert in the refrigerator.

Step 5

When the dish has solidified, remove it from the cup and cover with the dark chocolate and cream mixture. Cold dessert "Chocolate Bomb" is ready!
