Ranch Dressing is the most popular dressing in the States. The sauce goes well with vegetables, main courses, sandwiches. Everyone can cook it in their own kitchen, for this it is not at all necessary to go to another continent!
It is necessary
- - 200 ml of mayonnaise;
- - 100 ml sour cream;
- - 100 g buttermilk;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of parsley;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dill;
- - 1 teaspoon of oregano;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of paprika;
- - black and red pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and crush a clove of garlic. You can add more garlic if you want to make a hot sauce.
Step 2
Rinse fresh herbs and chop.
Step 3
Mix herbs with oregano, paprika. Add garlic.
Step 4
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, mix well.
Step 5
Pour in the buttermilk, season with salt and pepper to taste. Ranch Sauce is ready to eat.
