It turns out that cod and beans go well, you just need to properly prepare the dish. In general, cod recipes always turn out to be very tender, as in this case.

- -0.5 kg of cod
- -a glass of beans
- -2 tbsp. l. butter
- -4 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
- -2 onions
- -2 cloves of garlic
- -salt
- -pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the beans for 6 hours, then drain the water. During soaking, the water should be changed 1-2 times. Prepare 2 small pans. Pour water into them. Salt the water. Cook the beans in one saucepan for about 1 hour, provided they have been soaked beforehand. Also, during cooking, you need to add water. Readiness can be checked by kneading it, if it crushes, then it is ready. Cook the cod fillets in another saucepan.
Step 2
Cool the cod and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic with a knife, 2 tbsp. l. Mash the beans.
Step 4
Preheat a frying pan, add butter and sunflower oil there. Fry the onions, garlic and beans from step 2 in a skillet. The onion should take on a golden color.
Step 5
Add fish and beans to the pan with the rest of the ingredients, season with pepper and salt. Cook for another 15 minutes over medium heat.
