Beans are a unique product, and they are also called a vegetable analogue of meat. The uniqueness of beans lies in the fact that the protein contained in its composition is not inferior in its nutritional properties to animal protein, which is why beans dishes are so good in fasting.

- -4 fillets of cod, weighing 180 g each
- -100 g pea pods
- -5 g ghee
- -100 g red beans
- -100 g young asparagus
- -chicken bouillon
- - herbs and spices (thyme, rosemary, garlic, sesame seeds, cane sugar)

Instructions
Step 1
Soak the beans in a shallow bowl overnight, then drain, rinse and cook until tender. Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix 1 tbsp in a separate bowl. miso paste, 2 tsp brown sugar, a little soy sauce and 4 tbsp. sake.
Step 2
Pour the marinade over the fish and leave for about 3 hours. In a saucepan of boiling water, blanch the green peas and asparagus for 30-40 seconds, then immediately immerse the vegetables in cold water.
Step 3
Melt butter in a skillet, add chicken stock, garlic, rosemary and thyme, and simmer over low heat until viscous. Put the beans, peas and asparagus in a frying pan and simmer for a couple of minutes in the resulting thick butter with the addition of garlic and spices.
Step 4
Set the pan aside from the stove and cover. Fry the cod on both sides, add a pinch of sesame seeds and some cane sugar here. Place the fish in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 8-10 minutes, preheating it to 180 degrees. Serve mixed with vegetables.
