This wonderful dish is not difficult at all to prepare, but this does not make it less tasty. The meat in it turns out to be very tender and juicy, and the casserole itself is easily cut into small pieces with a knife.
It is necessary
- - 650 g of cabbage;
- - 1050 g minced meat;
- - 185 g of rice;
- - 315 g of onions;
- - 325 g smoked brisket;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 115 g sour cream;
- - 255 g of carrots.
Instructions
Step 1
The head of cabbage must be divided into separate leaves, from which the thickest parts of the stem should be cut off, and then thrown into boiling water for about 18 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse and peel the carrots, then grate on a medium-sized grater and lightly fry in olive oil, add a little salt.
Step 3
Rinse the rice thoroughly with cold running water, and then boil until tender. Peel the onions and chop finely. Stir the minced meat with cooked rice and chopped onions in a deep bowl, not forgetting to add salt and pepper to it.
Step 4
Take a special deep baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil, put a few cabbage leaves on its bottom. Then transfer part of the prepared minced meat, level it. Put half of the finished fried carrots on top of the minced meat.
Step 5
Then put the cabbage leaves on the carrots again and repeat the laying out of the same layers as many times as the prepared products are enough.
Step 6
Beat two eggs well, mix them with sour cream and pour this mixture over the casserole. Put pieces of smoked brisket on top of the filling.
Step 7
The dish should be baked in the oven at a temperature not exceeding 190 degrees for about 60 minutes.
