I propose to try to cook a delicious and unusual dish - cabbage casserole with smoked meats. One serving of casserole has approximately 380 kcal. The specified amount of food is enough for 4 servings.
It is necessary

- - sausages - 100 g;
- - white cabbage - 1 kg;
- - pickles - 3 pcs.;
- - onions - 2 heads;
- - tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - hard cheese - 50 g;
- - pitted olives - 6-7 pcs.;
- - bread crumbs - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - parsley - for decoration;
- - lemon - for decoration;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the smoked meat into small cubes. Cut the sausages into slices.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into rings. Cut the cucumbers into slices.
Step 3
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add meat and sausages to the onion. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add cucumbers, tomato paste and about 100 ml of water. Stir and simmer everything together for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the cabbage into small strips. Fry separately from meat and vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix cheese with breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Grease a baking dish with butter, put a layer of cabbage on the bottom (half of the whole stew), put the stew with vegetables on it, put a layer of cabbage on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake the dish in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices, olives and fresh herbs when serving. The dish is ready.
