- 250 g large shell pasta
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 large carrots
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 150 g hard cheese
- 200 g minced meat
- 3 tablespoons flour
Preparation
- Pour cold water into a large saucepan, bring to a boil, dip the pasta in a bowl and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Finely grate one carrot, finely chop one onion. Heat a frying pan, pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and add carrots and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the skillet from the heat when the onions are browned and the carrots are tender.
- Now add grated cheese (50 g) to the vegetables and stir the mixture. The first type of filling is ready.
- Next, you need to make a second filling - meat. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, add finely chopped onion and grated carrots to it, salt and pepper.
- Then an important point comes - you need to carefully fill the shells with the filling. Do this either with your hands or with a teaspoon.
- Prepare the gravy: fry the onions and carrots in oil with tomato paste, add flour and 500 ml of water. Cook until thick.
- Place the baking foil on a baking sheet, place the stuffed pasta on it, pour the gravy on top and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. The temperature in the oven should be 180 degrees, the baking time should be 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g large shell pasta
- 150 g chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 50 g butter
- 100 g soft cheese
- 150 g champignons
Preparation
- Chop chicken fillet, onion and mushrooms finely. Heat a skillet and sauté the ingredients in vegetable oil until the onions are golden brown.
- Boil the shells until half cooked in plenty of water.
- Place the pasta in a colander and drain.
- Now you need to stuff the shells with a mixture of meat, onions and mushrooms. Top each filling with a small piece of cheese and butter.
