A light and delicious summer puff salad prepared for breakfast will cheer you up for the whole day. It is very rich in vitamins. Also, this flaky salad is perfect as a lunch that you can take with you to work.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of hard cheese;
- - 50 g lettuce;
- - 50 g spinach;
- - 8 pcs of boiled eggs;
- - 4 pcs tomatoes;
- - 16 pieces of bacon slices;
- - 200 g of green young peas;
- - 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise;
- - 1/2 tablespoon of sour cream;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- -2 pcs large cloves of young garlic
- - salt to taste;
- - 50 g green onions.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the well-washed spinach and lettuce leaves with a knife. Then take a deep container and put the herbs in it, add salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Boil and peel the eggs. Cut them into strips. Then cut the bacon into strips.
Step 2
Rinse the tomatoes well and cut into small cubes. Take a deep container already intended for the salad. Put the greens on the bottom of the container, then add the chopped eggs, brush on top with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.
Step 3
Then spread the bacon in the fourth layer. Spread the garlic cut into thin slices on top of the bacon. Put the finely chopped tomatoes on top of the garlic and salt a little. Next, cover with a layer of chopped green onions. Then, rub the top layer with cheese, cover with peas and fill in with the remaining mixture.
