You can cook broth from chicken. It can be fried, baked and cooked in many different interesting dishes. A salad based on chicken meat will not be something new for an experienced chef. But porcini mushrooms are added to this dish.
It is necessary
- - 300 g chicken fillet;
- - 200 g of mushrooms;
- - 4 chicken eggs;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 onion;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 100 g of mayonnaise;
- - 20 g green onions;
- - sunflower oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are using dried mushrooms, it is better to wash them first, then cover with hot water and leave for about an hour. Then rinse them again to remove any dirt and chop.
Step 2
While the mushrooms are fried over low heat, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. The mushrooms should be roasted for 25 minutes over low heat. Please note that there must be enough vegetable oil in the mushroom pan.
Step 3
Take another frying pan, pour a tablespoon of oil into it. Fry the onions and carrots in it. It is necessary to fry until the onion acquires a golden color.
Step 4
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. This will be the base of the salad. Brush the chopped chicken fillet with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Grate the boiled eggs and sprinkle them over the chicken layer. This will be the second layer of the salad.
Step 6
Put the fried onion with carrots in the third layer. This layer must be greased with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Put the mushrooms in the last layer. Grate the cheese on top on a fine grater and sprinkle the whole salad with chopped green onions.
