How to bake pork in a piece
For cooking we need:

On the question of choosing a piece of meat for baking. It is better to take a piece with fat - during cooking it will either bake into juice or become soft and can be removed without problems. If you take a lean piece, then the meat may end up being dry.
Rinse the meat, remove excess, rub with salt and pepper. You can gently pierce the meat in several places with a knife, then marinate. By the way, if the piece itself is not very fatty, then during cooking it can be stuffed with lard or garlic - in the first case for juiciness, in the second - for flavor, or you can combine both products.
Marinate the meat for several hours and bake in foil or in a sleeve, piercing it in several places with a knife. Bake the meat in a well-preheated oven at 180 degrees. The approximate time is an hour and a half, depending on your oven and marinade, as well as the preparation of the meat. If you want to get a juicy piece, then first set the temperature higher so that the meat grabs, and then lower the temperature. If baking in foil or a special bag, then to get a golden brown crust, simply unfold the foil or cut the sleeve at the end of cooking and bake for about 10-15 minutes more.
