You can cook a delicious, rich and aromatic soup for lunch from almost anything. You just need to dream a little and use your favorite ingredients. For example, in a soup, you can combine sauerkraut and beans, which go well together and give the dish a new flavor.

- - beans 200 g
- - sauerkraut 200 g
- - potatoes 800 g
- - carrots 150 g
- - onion 150 g
- - tomato paste 3 tbsp. spoons
- - salt and pepper

Step 1
Fresh beans should be soaked in cold water for at least 3 hours.
Step 2
Beef or pork is good for the soup. The meat should not be fatty. It must be rinsed, cut into small pieces and cooked for at least one hour.
Step 3
Add the beans to the broth and cook with the meat for another 30 minutes.
Step 4
Peel and chop the potatoes. Add to soup. Next, we send sauerkraut to the pan. If it is too acidic, then you can first rinse it slightly with water. Cook everything together for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes. Add tomato paste and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. For a special taste, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and finely chopped garlic.
Step 6
Add the onions and carrots to the soup and cook for a few more minutes until all the ingredients are cooked. Remove from heat, add bay leaves, herbs and let the dish brew for 5-10 minutes.
