It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 200 g green beans;
- - 150 ml of vegetable broth;
- - 100 g of carrots;
- - 60 g celery stalks;
- - 60 g of almonds;
- - 50 g shallots;
- - 40 ml of cream;
- - 10 g of cilantro;
- - 2 cloves of garlic.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel onions, carrots, garlic, chop finely. Cut the celery into cubes, separate the cilantro leaves, finely chop the stems.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet, put onions, celery, garlic, carrots. Fry for three minutes over medium heat.

Add beans, salt and pepper, simmer for a few minutes.

Bring the broth to a boil, transfer the contents of the pan, cover, cook over low heat for ten minutes.
Step 5
Fry the almonds over medium heat, chop together with the cilantro, add to the soup, mix. Punch the soup with a blender so that small pieces of food remain, season with salt and pepper to taste, add cream, mix. Heat one minute over medium heat.

Pour the soup with almonds and green beans into deep bowls, garnish with fresh herbs.
