  • For two servings:
  • - 200 g green beans;
  • - 150 ml of vegetable broth;
  • - 100 g of carrots;
  • - 60 g celery stalks;
  • - 60 g of almonds;
  • - 50 g shallots;
  • - 40 ml of cream;
  • - 10 g of cilantro;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel onions, carrots, garlic, chop finely. Cut the celery into cubes, separate the cilantro leaves, finely chop the stems.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a skillet, put onions, celery, garlic, carrots. Fry for three minutes over medium heat.
