French summer vegetable salad is extraordinary thanks to spiced fetax balls. The low-calorie and light dish is in perfect harmony with dry red wines.
  It is necessary
- - fetax cheese (100 g);
 - - garlic (4 cloves);
 - - basil (1/2 tsp);
 - - dill (1 tsp);
 - - chicken fillet (250 g);
 - - vegetable oil (2 tablespoons);
 - - Peking cabbage (200 g);
 - - sweet pepper (1 pc.);
 - - Crimean onion (1 onion);
 - - corn (3 tablespoons);
 - - sour cream (4 tablespoons)
 - - soy sauce (1 tablespoon).
 
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fetax cheese into small pieces. Add crushed garlic, basil and dill. Knead well with a fork until smooth and roll up small balls.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes. Salt and fry in vegetable oil. When the cubes are golden brown, place the chicken in a salad bowl.
Step 3
Cut the Chinese cabbage and bell peppers into strips. Pour into a salad container. We also send there sweet Crimean onions cut into half rings and canned corn.
Step 4
Combine sour cream with soy sauce and crushed garlic. Stir well until smooth. Season the salad with the resulting sauce.
Step 5
Put the salad in a salad bowl and decorate with cheese balls on top.
