Lemon Pie is a versatile tea baking dish. Everyone will love it. With cottage cheese, the pie will also become very useful, more tender. Instead of margarine, you can also take butter.

- - 100 g margarine;
- - 100 g semolina;
- - 6 eggs;
- - 2 lemons;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wheat flour;

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees - no more temperature is required for the curd pie.

Divide chicken eggs into yolks and whites - for this pie you need both.
Step 3
Mash softened margarine or butter with yolks. Add sugar, zest from one lemon (shabby). Squeeze the juice from two lemons, also send to the mixture, beat it well.
Step 4
Add cottage cheese, semolina, add flour sifted with a spoonful of baking soda. Knead the curd dough.
Step 5
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Insert them into the dough, stir gently - this will make the cake airy.
Step 6
Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine. Transfer the dough into a mold, bake at the specified temperature for 1 hour, check the readiness of the pie yourself with a wooden stick. Serve chilled, sprinkled with icing sugar.
