Tapenade or tapenade is a thick paste made from olives and capers. Tapenada is served as an appetizer before the main course. The pasta is spread over toast or combined with vegetables. It is necessary
- 200 grams of pitted olives;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of capers;
- 3 pcs. fillet of anchovies;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme;
- salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind olives, garlic, anchovy fillets in a blender.
Step 2
Add olive oil and thyme to the mass.
Step 3
Salt and pepper. Because of the anchovies, the tapenade is quite salty, so add salt to taste.
