Salads with cheese, the recipes of which we will discuss today, are perfect for a festive table, they will delight with their taste and appearance.
Cheese salad recipe number 1
The first salad with cheese, which will be discussed now, does not require a large number of ingredients for its preparation, it is made quickly and turns out to be insanely tasty.
To prepare the dish, take:
- 150 g of sausage cheese. You can take ordinary hard cheese, but it is the sausage product that will give the dish a piquant smoked flavor;
- 150 g pitted prunes;
- 150 g boiled chicken fillet;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- Mayonnaise.
The scheme for preparing salad with cheese is as follows:
- Grate the selected cheese on a coarse grater. If you don't like a sausage product, then replace it with any hard cheese of your choice. But I would like to note that it is the aroma of sausage cheese that makes the salad truly spicy.
- Cut the chicken fillet across the grain into medium-sized cubes.
- Boil the eggs, cool, peel, cut into small cubes or chop on a coarse shredder.
- Wash the prunes and then soak them in boiling water for a quarter of an hour to soften them. After that, drain the water, cut the prunes into strips or arbitrary pieces. Do not grind too much, the sweetish taste of dried fruits will give the salad a special piquancy.
- Combine the prepared ingredients, season the salad with cheese with mayonnaise, mix and serve.
Cheese salad recipe number 2
The cheese salad, the recipe for which we will now discuss, turns out to be very satisfying and beautiful. This dish can be categorized as "salads without mayonnaise". There is no high-calorie sauce in the appetizer, but the taste does not suffer from this.
To make a salad with cheese, take:
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 150 g lean ham;
- 1 red bell pepper;
- 1 medium fresh cucumber;
- Fresh herbs: onions, parsley, dill (vary the amount as desired).
For refueling you will need:
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (olive is recommended);
- 1 tsp 9% vinegar;
- Salt and black pepper optional.
Cheese salad is prepared according to the following scheme:
- Grate the cheese of your choice.
- Cut the ham into thin strips.
- Wash the cucumber, dry it, remove the inedible parts from it, grate it on a coarse shredder.
- Wash the pepper, remove the stalk, clean the seeds, cut the vegetable into thin strips.
- Wash the selected greens, dry, chop as small as possible.
- Combine prepared ingredients in a convenient bowl.
- Prepare the dressing, combine the oil and vinegar in a separate bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Season salad with cheese with prepared sauce, stir the dish. Let the appetizer brew for 10 minutes and can be served.
