Many who dream of losing weight a little and putting themselves in order for spring are probably looking for ways to do it. In fact, the path to a slim figure is not that difficult. And for this it is not at all necessary to exhaust yourself with the strictest diets. Slimming foods can be delicious and nutritious too. For example, you can include so-called fitness salads in your daily menu. They have all the qualities necessary for health: rich in vitamins, saturating, outwardly very impressive and easy to prepare.
It is necessary
- For the first salad:
- - carrots - 2 pcs.;
- - chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - canned green peas - 100 g;
- - red onion - 0.5 pcs.;
- - classic yogurt - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - green onions - a few feathers;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
- For the second salad:
- - fresh cucumber of medium size - 2 pcs.;
- - white cabbage - 300 g;
- - canned corn - 150 g;
- - green onions - a few feathers;
- - fresh dill - a few branches:
- - apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
To make a delicious fitness salad of carrots and green peas, first rinse the carrots well, put them in a saucepan of cold water and bring to a boil. Then lower the temperature, cover and cook for 20 minutes, until tender.
Step 2
In the meantime, let's prepare the chicken eggs. Take a ladle, put eggs in it, pour in water, salt it, bring to a boil and cook hard boiled for 8-10 minutes. After that, cool them in cold running water and after 5 minutes, peel them off.
Step 3
When the carrots are ready, peel them, grate or cut into cubes and transfer to a salad bowl. Chop the eggs into small cubes and add to the carrots.
Step 4
Rinse and chop green onions. Remove the husks from the red onion and cut into thin quarter-rings. Transfer the whole onion to the carrots and eggs.
Step 5
Salt the prepared ingredients to taste and add black pepper. Then add the green peas and season with yogurt. Mix everything together well. Salad ready!
Step 6
The second salad is even simpler - all ingredients do not require boiling. First, remove the first two layers of leaves from the cabbage, chop it into thin strips and put it in a salad bowl. Then season with apple cider vinegar, add a few pinches of salt and mix well together.
Step 7
While the cabbage is soaking, rinse the cucumbers under running water, cut into thin cubes and transfer to the cabbage. In this case, the peel from them can be left on.
Step 8
Drain the canned corn. Chop green onions with dill and transfer to a salad bowl with corn. After that, pour in the sunflower oil and mix everything well. A light fitness coleslaw salad can be served immediately.
