- - 400 g pangasius;
- - 125 g butter;
- - 1 red bell pepper;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 chili peppers;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
- - butter, pepper, salt.

Step 1
First, prepare the spiced butter for the fish. To do this, peel the chili peppers, shake out the seeds from them, peel the bell peppers from seeds and white partitions, cut them into small cubes, and chop the chili. Peel the onion, cut. Melt the butter in a skillet, add the peppers and onions, and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Whip the resulting mass in a food processor until it becomes homogeneous. The fish sauce is ready, set it aside for now.
Step 2
Buy a whole piece of pangasius, cut it into four pieces. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, you can add herbs to your liking, sprinkle with dried garlic. If you do not like the smell of pangasius, then sprinkle the pieces of fish with lemon juice - it will repel the fishy smell. Fry in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter until the fish turns brown. This is about 3 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Divide the pangasius chunks into serving bowls and top with the butter and vegetable sauce. Garnish with fresh vegetables, serve with fried potatoes, any salad, serve hot - this is how fried pangasius with spiced butter tastes much better.
