It is necessary

  • - 400 g chicken fillet;
  • - 120 g low-fat sour cream;
  • - 400 g of carrots;
  • - 4 things. chicken eggs;
  • - 150 g of hard cheese;
  • - 2 pcs. banana;
  • - 100 g pitted black raisins;
  • - 250 g mayonnaise;
  • - 2 pcs. green apples;
  • - 250 g of chopped walnuts;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take chicken fillet, defrost well, rinse in cold running water. Remove all veins and excess fat if necessary. Let dry a little. Cut into small pieces. Pour cold water into a saucepan and add a little salt, as soon as the water boils, put the chicken fillet in it. Cook for twenty minutes, then remove, drain and cool. Cut or disassemble the cold fillet into fine fibers.

Step 2

Wash the carrots well, cut off the leaves and the root tip and boil in salted water, cool. Grate cold carrots on a coarse grater. Hard-boiled chicken eggs, drain and cool. Peel cold eggs and rub into a separate bowl on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Place the hard cheese in the freezer for twenty minutes. Grate cold cheese on a fine grater. Wash the apples, wipe and peel off the peel with a sharp knife, grate the pulp on a coarse grater. Grind the walnuts in a mortar. Wash bananas, peel and cut into circles.

Step 4

In a small cup, combine sour cream and mayonnaise, stir with a fork. Take a wide plate and lay out in layers: chicken breast, carrot, banana, eggs, apple, cheese, repeat layers. Grease with mayonnaise and sour cream between layers. Sprinkle with walnuts and cheese on top, garnish.
