- - 2 pcs. carrots
- - 1 PC. onions
- - 250 g chicken fillet
- - 80 g of rice
- - 1 PC. green apple
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - mayonnaise

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet (for this, separate some of the chicken from the bone) in salted water until tender. Wash, peel and boil the carrots.
Step 2
Put the soaked rice in boiling water and cook until it starts to stick together. It is very important that the rice is crumbly and does not look like porridge.
Step 3
Chop the mushrooms coarsely enough, pour a little vegetable oil over the pan and simmer the mushrooms.
Step 4
Chop the onions and place them in the mushroom pan. Season with salt to taste. Cool chicken fillet and cut into salad bowl. Grate the carrots and add to the chicken.
Step 5
Peel the apple, cut into strips and send to the salad. Add rice and grated garlic clove. Season the salad with mayonnaise before serving. The salad for the evening table is ready!
