It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 600 g flour
  • - 1 tbsp. dry yeast
  • - 100 g butter
  • - 200 ml warm water
  • - 1 tsp Sahara,
  • - salt to taste
  • For filling:
  • - 100 g soft cheese
  • - 2-3 tomatoes
  • - 1-2 zucchini
  • - 100 g green peas
  • - 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • - parsley, dill, salt, ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Dissolve sugar in water, add yeast, leave for 10 minutes. Then add melted butter, half the flour and salt. Gradually adding the remaining flour, knead the dough. Knead the dough with your hands on a floured surface for 5 minutes to firm.

Step 2

Cut the cheese into slices, tomatoes into thin slices, zucchini into slices. Roll out the dough thinly, sprinkle with vegetable oil, lay out the filling, decorate with herbs.

Step 3

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
