It is necessary
- - 200 g of hard cheese;
- - Bell pepper;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of bread crumbs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chilled cheese into long strips according to the size of the future schnitzel, 3-5 mm thick.
Step 2
Rinse and dry the bell peppers with a paper towel. Peel and cut into strips the size of the cheese. Shape each strip into a flat shape.
Step 3
On a piece of cheese, place a prepared strip of sweet pepper and cover with another piece of cheese. For spice, sprinkle the inside of the schnitzel with ground pepper.
Step 4
Roll the schnitzel gently in flour on both sides. Beat the eggs and dip the prepared semi-finished product on both sides, roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Fry for 5 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil. Then turn over and fry for the same amount. Serve hot. For a side dish, prepare a salad of fresh vegetables or just a vegetable cut.
