Omelet is a popular and familiar dish for many families. When preparing it, tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms, chicken are often added, but the omelet can also be sweet. An apple omelet will be an unusual but delicious dessert.

- - 90 g icing sugar;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 80 g of wheat flour;
- - 10 g margarine;
- - 10 g butter;
- - 300 g of apples;
- - 50 g of almonds;
- - 50 g of raisins.
Instructions
Step 1
Stir salt, egg yolks, 30 g of powdered sugar in milk. Stir constantly and add sifted wheat flour.
Step 2
Whisk the cooled egg whites until stiff and mix gently with milk, yolks, flour and powdered sugar. Pour the resulting mass into a preheated pan and fry on both sides. The omelet can be fried in a small skillet in several passes, or you can fry with one sheet and cut it into three equal parts.
Step 3
Remove the apple core and skin. Put apples in a deep saucepan, add a little water and cook until thick. Add washed raisins, chopped almonds and 50 g of powdered sugar to the cooled apple mass.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with margarine and flour. Lay out a sheet of omelet, brush it with apple paste. Then add another sheet of omelet topped with apple filling. Brush the last sheet of the omelet with butter.
Step 5
Bake the apple omelet in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve the dish warm, sprinkled with a small amount of powdered sugar.
