Chicken meat is easier to digest than pork or beef. For barbecue, it is better to take chicken breast. With zucchini and red onions, the kebab will turn out to be even tastier and even healthier. But it is not enough to fry the kebab, you need to prepare a special marinade for it.
It is necessary
- - 500 g chicken breast;
- - 450 zucchini;
- - 300 g of white bread;
- - 24 small onions;
- - 24 cherry tomatoes;
- - 2 bell peppers;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of white wine vinegar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of honey, olive oil;
- - thyme, salt, black pepper.

Step 1
Take a glass jar, put honey, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, chopped herbs, salt in it.
Step 2
Tighten the lid tightly, shake the jar vigorously for a while so that all the ingredients of the marinade are well mixed together.
Step 3
Put on the grill to preheat. Skewer chicken pieces, whole red onions, pieces of young zucchini and bell peppers, tomatoes and bread. Alternate components.
Step 4
Shake the marinade jar again, pour over the skewers with kebabs. Grill the kebab until tender. You can also cook it outdoors over hot coals.
Step 5
If you do not have the opportunity to get out into nature and there is no grill, then fry a kebab in a frying pan - for this, soak wooden skewers in water, string the ingredients on them, put them in a large frying pan and fry until an appetizing crust appears.
