Recipe for an Italian mini pizza snack with ham, olives and cheese, which is the perfect snack for children's parties.

- Dough:
- 500 grams of flour;
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 250 milligrams of warm water
- One bag of dry yeast;
- One tablespoon of sugar;
- One teaspoon of salt.
- Filling:
- 50 grams of ham;
- 300 grams of Mozzarella cheese;
- 150 milligrams tomato paste
- One tablespoon of olive oil
- One and a half tablespoon of dried oregano;
- Salted olives - 1-2 per pizza.

Step 1
First of all, you should knead the dough. To do this, dissolve the yeast in heated water and add sugar. Dough should fit. In a spacious bowl, mix the rate of flour and salt, add warm dough and olive oil there. Knead the dough not steep, cover with a napkin and leave to rise for a couple of hours.

Next, you should cut the olives into thin rings, the ham - into small cubes.
Step 3
Knead the matched dough, divide into about 15 small pieces, roll each into a ball and flatten into a thin cake.

Brush the surfaces with tomato puree, then distribute the food. Sprinkle with cheese at the end. Bake pizzas on foil for 10-15 minutes. They should be crispy with a golden, gooey cheese.
