Instructions

Step 1

Bring water or broth to a boil. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, put them in boiling water, cook for 10 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry finely chopped onions for 2 minutes. Then add carrots and mushrooms cut into strips into the pan, fry for 5 minutes.
