It is necessary

  • Sunflower oil 2 tablespoons. spoons,
  • Onions - 1 pc,
  • Three quarters of a glass of dry wine
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Fresh carrots - 2 pcs,
  • Potatoes -2 pcs,
  • 4-5 cups vegetable or chicken broth,
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Fresh thyme - 8 sprigs or dry 2 tsp
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs,
  • Green beans - 1 cup
  • Fresh spinach - a bunch,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, chop the potatoes and carrots. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown, add to the broth.

Step 3

Pour in wine and finely chopped garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add carrots, add potatoes after 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Add thyme, bay leaf, parsley to the soup, pepper and salt.

Step 5

Close the lid, bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes, then add the green beans, spinach and cook for another 5 minutes. Delicious lean soup is ready!
