The most popular cake. It should have been called banana-chocolate, because the taste of bananas outweighs it. The cake will take a crown place on any festive table.

- For the cake:
- -140 g butter;
- -3 bananas;
- -220 g sugar;
- -3 eggs;
- -120 g of kefir;
- -220 g flour;
- -3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
- -salt, soda, baking powder, vanillin.
- For the cream:
- -220 ml cream (32%);
- -3 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- -70 g sour cream;
- -1 banana.
- For decoration:
- -3 bananas;
- -2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- -3 tbsp. spoons of brown sugar;
- -150-170 ml of brandy;
- -80 ml cream;
- -1 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
To make the crust, first sift all dry ingredients into a plate. Make mashed bananas and mix with vanilla and kefir. Beat the butter with the sugar, gradually adding the yolks. Combine everything and, gradually adding the dry mixture, knead the dough. Whisk separately in a stiff protein and salt foam. Then combine with the rest of the dough. Transfer the finished dough to a greased form and place in a well-preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack, then cut the biscuit into 3 cakes.
Step 2
To make the cream, whisk the cream and powder, add sour cream and chopped bananas to it. When collecting the cake, put the first cake on a plate, coat with cream and do this with the rest of the cake layers. Whip the powder with cream, use a pastry syringe when decorating the cake, make a curly barrier.
Step 3
Cut the bananas into slices 0.4 cm thick. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the bananas there and fry on one side. Sprinkle with sugar, thaw and turn over the mugs. The bananas should be browning. Then pour in alcohol and let it brew for 5 minutes. Remove the bananas from the pan and cool, place them on the cake. Refrigerate the cake for a few hours.
