  • -1 tsp Apple vinegar

  • -1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. gourmet coconut oil, ghee and room temperature
  • -1 tablespoon canola oil
  • -1 tsp liquid soy lecithin
  • -1/4 tsp xanthan gum

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk the soy milk, apple cider vinegar, and salt together in a small bowl. Let the mass brew for 10-15 minutes, until it thickens and looks like curdled milk.

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave. If you don't have a microwave oven, let it cool at room temperature.
