When I cook, I always remember how I sat with my mother in the kitchen and languished in anticipation of the opportunity to get at least a little cream.

Well, everything is ready, now let's get started. We'll start with the cakes.
First, melt honey, butter and sugar in a small saucepan. Do not forget to constantly stir gently. Has everything melted? Turn off the fire, let it cool down a little.

Then we add baking soda to the eggs and beat with a mixer. We look - our base for cakes has cooled down? We mix it with eggs, put on fire and wait until it foams and increases in volume. Once this wonderful event has happened, add everything to the flour.

First, stir the dough with a spoon, when it thickens, we continue to knead with our hands. After kneading, we begin to make cakes.
Step 4
We roll each part into a cake. The thickness of the cake should be a maximum of 0.5 cm. When rolling, do not forget to periodically sprinkle the table and rolling pin with flour, otherwise the cakes will begin to stick. Now we begin to bake the cakes one by one in the oven. They are baked at a temperature of 200 degrees and not for long, at most 4 minutes.

Now let's get down to the cream.
Sour cream, like milk, must be chilled. Beat at high speeds, but not very long, otherwise we will get wonderful homemade butter. Then add sugar and vanilla sugar to the whipped mixture and beat for a short while.

By this time, the cakes should have cooled down. Gently coat each cake and leave it to soak, persuading your family to wait at least an hour.
