Sour cream cake or, as it is also called "sour cream", is an amazingly tasty and delicate delicacy. It literally melts in your mouth. The sour cream is worth a little tinkering at the stove for his sake. There are many cooking recipes, including a multi-layered sour cream cake.

Melt the butter and cool.

Put 400 g sour cream in a deep bowl. Add vinegar slaked soda to the sour cream.
Then add eggs, vegetable oil and melted butter. Stir well, add 2 cups of sugar and stir again. Then add a little flour, mixing the dough thoroughly after each portion, it should turn out to be soft and plastic, not sticking to your hands.

Leave the finished dough for 30-40 minutes.

After that, start baking the cakes. Divide the dough into several equal portions. From the amount of ingredients stated in the recipe, 6-8 cakes can be obtained, depending on the radius. Spread a piece of baking paper on the table and place one of the dough pieces on top of it. Roll it out to a thickness of 5-7 mm.

Transfer a sheet of baking paper from the table to a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 5-7 minutes. The cakes are very thin, so watch out for them, do not overdry.

After the cake is baked, cut the edges using a stencil, such as the plate in which you will serve the cake. Set aside the cut edges, they will come in handy for decoration. Prepare the rest of the cakes in the same way.

Now start preparing the cream. Put 600 g of sour cream in a bowl and beat with a mixer, gradually adding 1 glass of sugar and vanillin. The result should be an airy, stable foam.
Step 8
In order to keep the edges of the dishes clean, which means beautiful, you can put the same baking paper on the edges. Take a piece of paper, fold it in four and cut the corner in an arc, unfold. You now have a frame with a round neckline in the center. Cut this frame in half and overlap your crockery.
Step 9
Now put the cakes on a plate one by one and cover them with sour cream.
Step 10
It's the turn of the scraps of the finished dough. Chop them up and sprinkle over the top and sides of the cake.

Now carefully remove the baking paper from under the cake, the cake is ready.
